J. Foye founded the Solitaire Stack network in early 2026 to build a solitaire reference that respects the reader. Background in product and software with a long-running interest in card-game probability and the strange history of patience games. Day-to-day work is editorial direction, product, and oversight: shaping the house style across the network of sites, working with the four specialty desks (Strategy, History, Rules, Research), and signing off on the editorial standards, fact-checking policy, and correction policy that govern every page. Personally responsible for the final read of any major reference page on the network and for every public correction.
